About: The workshop will provide hands-on experience on SHRIMP II and CAMECA 1300-HR3 ion microprobes. Expert scientists will cover topics including: the sputtering process, instrumentation hardware, secondary ion energy distributions, molecular ions and interferences, quantification strategies, uncertainties and data reduction software
Attendance and cost: Workshop attendance costs, travel expenses, and light meals plus a workshop dinner are sponsored for eligible participants through AuScope with support from CAMECA.
